For the choice of the project we have to take into consideration various criteria of sustainability and respect for the environment and useful for our customers. The mission of the company is not only to make money, but we base ourselves on the needs of the clients we want to reach and decide on a project that will be implemented in an attempt to solve possible social problems by providing innovation and originality.
To arrive at our idea, we can distinguish two stages: a first stage, which was the generation of ideas where we prohibited criticism or any other type of discrimination. Therefore, each member thought and described the idea they had, developing it on a sheet of paper with a title and a brief description. And a second stage, which was the evaluation, where we were a little more critical and thus achieved the final choice of the project. This last stage was done by reflecting on a blackboard all our sheets of paper and describing the idea to the team members. Deciding and voting a maximum of 3 ideas and keeping the one with the most votes.
Once we had decided on the idea of the company and its name, we created an email address so that we could have all our information in one place. And, in this way, to be able to distribute all the information we were developing among the whole group. And even make possible another means of direct contact with us as owners of the project.
To clarify our doubts, via e-mail, we were given the option of having contact with a consultancy firm and, therefore, we presented ourselves as a company.
FINAL OBJECTIVE: To create a project that puts a new product on the market that offers value to customers, from a sustainable approach.
