FORMATION OF THE TEAM

Once the members of the group had been assigned by the tutor, we assessed the initial roles stipulated by the teacher. As the roles will vary daily, as a group, we discussed what we consider to be our strengths and weaknesses, in order to be able to enhance the skills of each of us while also improving our weaknesses.

Thanks to this, all members of the team feel free to express our feelings, ideas and thoughts within the group, as everything is done in a constructive and respectful way. We are aware of the goals and objectives we want to reach together.

As all the work is done collaboratively, the decisions taken are always agreed upon by each of us. We do not move forward with any idea if we are not all in favour of it. We aim to establish and, above all, maintain healthy and rewarding relationships for each of us.

For the good of the group, we are able to recognise mistakes that we may come across and we are able to solve them as quickly as possible.

We not only try to work in a coordinated way as a working group, but also in a collaborative way.
