Once he had decided the project we wanted to do, it was necessary to implement a methodology of action in the group, so that each member of the team acquired commitments and responsibilities based on group collaboration,
To carry it out in an agile way for the management of our business project, we have chosen the Trello tool. It consists of a collaborative management and organisation system, monitoring the status of tasks in order to quickly visualise what we have to do, the tasks that are already pending, which issues are more important than others, etc.
Inside the team we had to create two fundamental roles:
Coordinador del equipo: it is the member that has been chosen by all to be in charge of coordinating the daily meetings, the smooth running of the team and project, in this case the team member we have chosen is Ariadna.
Developers: we are all the members that have assigned responsabilities, with the objective of doing the goals we have pre-established.
Once we have decided which tools we are going to use for the management of the project and we have assigned the roles, it is time to divide the necessary tasks that will be carried out to complete the project. In our case we will divide the tasks to be carried out in "sprints", that is, during a period of time we will carry out a group of tasks, for example in our case we will divide it into modules that will have a duration of one month.
To be able to meet the objectives of the sprint we are holding several meetings:
Meeting at the beginning of the sprint (planning), in order to plan and develop the tasks to be carried out.
Daily synchronisation meetings (follow-up): at the beginning of each class we review what we have already done the previous day and we coordinate the tasks we will carry out during that class, using Trello as a guide.
Retrospective meetings: it consists on reflecting on how we are functioning as a team and the things that can be improved.
Closing meeting: this meeting will be held once the project has been finished. We will orally present our final project to the Product Owner, who will be the one in charge of validating or not the result before elaborating the project video.
